He has played a central role in the development and deployment of national and multi-regional information systems, including health information systems, ERP and financial management platforms, supply chain monitoring tools, and integrated data environments used by government institutions and donor-funded programmes. His leadership ensures system reliability, data integrity, interoperability, and alignment with institutional and regulatory requirements.

He has extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, learning, public finance management, and data-driven decision support across government, UN agencies, and donor-funded programmes. His leadership also spans institutional accountability, financial integrity, and the strategic use of advanced analytics to strengthen decision-making and performance.
His role focuses on translating institutional priorities into executable digital and data solutions, ensuring effective implementation, adoption, and long-term use. He oversees complex programme rollouts, capacity strengthening initiatives, and stakeholder engagement with senior government officials, donors, and organisational leadership teams. Within this mandate, he reinforces assurance, performance credibility, and risk oversight, enabling institutions to detect fiduciary and delivery risks while improving the quality of evidence used for executive decisions.
At InfoAfrica, he is responsible for strategic positioning, service development, implementation oversight, and partnership management, ensuring that systems and advisory services deliver measurable performance improvement, accountability, and institutional value. He oversees baseline studies, surveys, outcome and impact assessments, and supports the integration of gender, youth, disability inclusion, and climate considerations into results frameworks.
